Therefore, ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size flow in a fan-shaped manner from A to B along their respective motion directions, discharged from different areas at the end of the concentrate and on the tailings side, and finally divided into concentrate, intermediate ore, and tailings.

The bed surface is connected by a connecting rod and a reciprocating rod, so it also moves backwards at this time. When the rocker rod moves upwards, the bed surface also moves forward due to the expansion and contraction effect of the spring.

When the bed surface moves forward, the angle between the elbow plates changes from large to small, and the horizontal movement speed of the elbow plates changes from small to large. The forward movement of the original bed surface is from slow to fast, and conversely, from fast to slow, there will be equal differential movement, which can ensure the forward movement of materials on the bed surface and sorting according to specific gravity.

The surface of the Jiangxi Heavy Selection rocking bed is a right angled trapezoidal shape, with stools arranged diagonally (at an angle of 45 degrees with the stools) in a wooden frame to form a flat surface. The shading can be divided into two types: painted gray grooved bed surface and rubber shading. The painted gray grooved bed surface is used for selecting fine mud, and the rubber bed surface is used for selecting coarse mud. The bed surface used for selecting fine mud slopes downwards at approximately 0.5 degrees along the longitudinal direction, while the shaking table used for selecting coarse mud slopes downwards at approximately 1-2 degrees along the longitudinal direction and rises at the concentrate end. The size of the longitudinal slope is adjusted by the slope on the supporting mechanism.

The shaking table of Jiangxi gravity separation equipment uses a swinging support bed surface on the slope adjustment mechanism. The vibration support causes the bed surface to move up and down in a vertical plane in a forward and backward arc. The rocking table support is fixed on the adjusting seat plate by channel steel. When the adjusting screw is used to adjust the seat plate on the saddle seat with a handwheel, the inclination angle of the bed surface can be adjusted.
