The basic structure of a centrifugal hydraulic classifier is a circular shape, with the main body composed of an upper barrel and a lower cone. High efficiency classification is carried out by circulating fluidized bed and water raising technology in the sand classification room in the middle and the annular fine sand classification room closely surrounding it. The coal slurry is vertically fed to the distribution panel at the bottom of the coarse particle classification room through the middle of the sand classification room through a specially made pipe. The rising water of the centrifugal hydrocyclone classifier enters the coarse particle classification room according to the annular gap between the distribution plate and the inner wall of the sand classification room, and the flow field area is generated below the sand classification room to complete the coarse particle classification. The coarse minerals of the centrifugal hydrocyclone classifier settle on the foundation according to the processing technology regulations, and enter the sand blanking port located in the middle of the bottom of the coarse grading room according to the above annular clearance. Centrifugal hydraulic classifier and fine sand minerals enter the annular fine sand classification room by overflow method.
