1、 Introduction to Gravity Beneficiation Process of Perovskite
Gravity beneficiation is a physical beneficiation method that utilizes the different settling velocities of mineral particles in the gravity field to separate them. The gravity beneficiation process of perovskite mainly includes steps such as vibration screening, spiral classification, heavy medium beneficiation, gravity separation, and tailings treatment.
2、 Gravity beneficiation process flow of perovskite
1. Vibration screening
Firstly, the raw ore is processed through crushing, grinding, and other processes before being sent to a vibrating screen for coarse screening. Vibration screening is mainly used to separate large minerals and impurities from the raw ore, ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent processes.
2. Spiral classification
After vibration screening, the screened materials are fed into a spiral classifier for classification. A spiral classifier is a device that uses centrifugal force to separate mineral particles according to their size. By adjusting the speed and inclination angle of the spiral classifier, the classification of perovskite can be achieved.
3. Heavy medium beneficiation
After spiral classification, perovskite is sent to a heavy medium beneficiation tank for beneficiation. Heavy medium beneficiation is a beneficiation method that uses density difference for separation. Add heavy medium into the beneficiation tank, soak the mineral particles in the heavy medium, and realize the separation of perovskite according to the density difference of mineral particles.
After heavy medium beneficiation, perovskite is sent to the gravity separator for further separation. 5. Tailings treatment
After re selection, perovskite and tailings are respectively sent to different tailings ponds for treatment. Tailings treatment mainly involves further recycling and utilization of useful minerals in tailings, reducing resource waste.
